Frequently Asked Questions

How to choose songs?

Uploading your music is quick and easy. You only need a USB-C cable and your MP3 files.

  1. Connect it — Use the included USB-C cable to connect the lamp to your laptop or PC.
  2. Open the folder — A folder called "NO NAME" will automatically appear on your computer.
  3. Choose the space — Inside, you'll find folders numbered 1 to 9, each corresponding to a magnet.
  4. Identify the number — Check the number engraved on the back of the magnet and use the corresponding folder.
  5. Upload your song — Drag your MP3 file to the correct folder.
  6. Enjoy — Safely eject the device, bring the magnet close, and your song will play instantly.

How do the player and magnets work?

The lamp has internal memory where your songs are stored, organized by folders. Each magnet in the pack has an integrated NFC chip. When brought close to the lamp, the chip is read instantly: the lamp detects the assigned folder and begins local playback, without delays or connection.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes, completely. You don't need internet, apps, or subscriptions. You upload your MP3 files once from your computer and that's it — the music is yours forever, without depending on any external service.

Can I choose my own artists and songs?

Of course. You can upload any song you want directly from your computer. In our Customization Guide, we explain step-by-step how to customize each magnet and create the perfect musical experience for you.
